Sell Products to other Members (subject to Clause 15).

4. The Role of DigitalLoads
The Website is a marketplace platform that allows Members to buy and sell Products. Ownership of the Products remains with the Seller.
DigitalLoads is not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or intellectual property infringement of any Products. Each Seller warrants that their Products do not infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party.
5. Fees and Services
Membership is free.
Buyers pay a fee to acquire a license to use a Product.
Sellers receive the fee paid by the Buyer, less the DigitalLoads commission (as per Clause 17).
All prices on the Website are in U.S. Dollars (USD). You are responsible for any currency conversion costs and applicable taxes.
6. Content and Acceptable Use Policy
Given that the Website offers "Adult Scripts," you agree not to upload, sell, or distribute any Product that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, contains child pornography, incites hatred or violence, or violates any applicable law.
DigitalLoads reserves the right to remove any Product and terminate any Member Account that, in its sole discretion, violates this policy.
7. Copyright and Trademark Claims
DigitalLoads respects intellectual property rights. If you believe your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please submit a formal takedown notice as detailed in the original Clause 9.
8. Member Accounts and Payouts (Clauses 12 & 13)
Earnings from sales and referral commissions will be credited to your Member Account.
You may request a payout of your earnings, subject to a minimum withdrawal amount of $50.00 USD. Payments will be processed via an approved Payment Agent.
You are responsible for providing correct payment details and for bearing any processing fees.
9. Buying Products and Refund Policy
When you buy a Product, you acquire a non-exclusive license to use it according to the specified licensing terms.
Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of our Products, we do not offer refunds except as required under applicable consumer protection laws. Refund claims will be assessed on a case-by-case basis if a Product is broken or not as described.
10. Selling Products As a Seller, you warrant that:
You own all intellectual property rights to the Products you offer.
