DigitalLoads.com – Refund Policy

DigitalLoads.com is a marketplace with a buyer and seller side. These refund rules are designed to protect both buyers and sellers and apply to all digital products sold on the platform.

Note: Unlike physical goods, digital products cannot be returned. Refunds are only provided under specific circumstances outlined below.

1. Requesting a Refund

Refund requests must be submitted via the “Request Refund” button on your order page.

Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase.

Only one refund request per order is allowed.

Always contact the seller first to attempt resolving the issue.

2. Eligible Refund Situations

You may request a refund if:

Duplicate Purchase – You accidentally purchased the same item twice.

Technical Issues / Item Not Working – The product has a defect preventing it from functioning as described.

You must provide a detailed description of the issue including errors or screenshots.

Refunds will not be granted for general statements like “Doesn’t work.”

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted if:

Insufficient information is provided to evaluate the claim.

The buyer lacks knowledge to use the product properly.

The product fails due to misconfiguration or unsupported setup in the buyer’s environment.

The product is no longer available on the platform.

The product does not meet your personal expectations or is no longer wanted.

The refund is requested after 30 days of purchase.

4. License Exchanges

If you purchased the wrong license, buy the correct license within 30 days and contact support through our help center.

Refunds are only allowed for license upgrades (e.g., from Regular to Extended).

Downgrades (e.g., Extended to Regular) are not eligible for a refund.

5. Disputing a Refund

If your refund request is rejected by the seller and you believe it is valid:

Submit a dispute through our support system.

Include a detailed explanation and, if applicable, a technical description of the defect.

Our team will review the dispute and make a final decision.
